- Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may return it for a full refund or replacement.
- Wrong Item Shipped: If we send the incorrect product.
- Change of Mind (Limited): For non-customized products, we offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Services: Refunds for consultations, inspections, or custom services are at our discretion and typically only if the service was not performed as agreed.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or installed automotive parts (e.g., tires, batteries, or fluids opened/used).
- Customized or special-order items.
- Digital downloads or non-tangible products.

Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@motorfusion.co within the eligible timeframe, including your order number, item details, and photos of the issue (if applicable). We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the Item: Securely package the product in its original condition with all accessories and documentation. Include the RA number on the package.

- . You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

- Partial Refunds: May apply for items with restocking fees (up to 15% for change-of-mind returns) or if the item shows signs of use.

Cancellations
